The website fayngo.com (“Fayngo”) is published by an individual and operated from Belgium. Fayngo is not yet registered as a business and currently carries out no commercial activity: no sales, no paid bookings, no advertising and no affiliate links.

2. Technical hosting

The website is hosted by Netlify, Inc., 101 2nd Street, San Francisco, CA 94105, United States — www.netlify.com. Netlify stores and serves the website’s pages.

3. Forms

The contact form and newsletter sign-up form are received through the Netlify Forms service, also provided by Netlify, Inc. No other email, mailing or newsletter tool is used at this time. Details are given in the privacy policy.

4. Nature of the service

Fayngo is an independent travel guide to Morocco. The website currently contains no advertising, no affiliate links, no paid bookings and no sale of services. If this changes, this notice and the privacy policy will be updated and the content concerned will be clearly identified.

Fayngo is not affiliated with any of the businesses, organisations or competitions mentioned. In particular, Fayngo is not affiliated with or endorsed by FIFA.

5. Accuracy of information

Each listing shows its source and verification date. Information is provided for guidance only: opening hours, prices, availability and conditions may change. Check them directly with the businesses and organisations concerned before travelling or buying. Travel times are theoretical calculations that account for neither traffic nor breaks.

6. Intellectual property

The texts, layout, logo and graphic elements specific to Fayngo are protected. Any unauthorised reproduction is prohibited.

Third-party content remains the property of its authors and is used under its licences:

  • photographs from Wikimedia Commons (CC0, CC BY, CC BY-SA licences), with authors and licences listed on the Credits page;
  • DM Sans and Playfair Display fonts (SIL Open Font License 1.1);
  • Leaflet mapping library (BSD 2-Clause licence);
  • map background and some place locations © OpenStreetMap contributors (ODbL); reference coordinates from Wikidata (CC0); travel times calculated with OSRM.

Names of businesses, competitions and brands belong to their respective owners and are mentioned for information only.
